Summer Programming
Summer at the Club is full of energy, exploration, and hands-on learning. Members participate in daily rotations that may include sports, art, STEM, games, literacy activities, outdoor recreation, and special enrichment programs.
Summer programming includes exciting field trips and community-based experiences such as museum visits, hiking, mountain biking, baseball camps, nature walks, theater tours, Bend Elks games, disc golf lessons, and more!

Outdoor Activities: Sports, hiking, and nature exploration.
Special Projects: Creative and science-based projects. -

Please indicate on your membership application if your family is interested in applying for financial assistance and provide your income documentation -
1.Create or Sign In to your MyClubHub Family Portal Guardian Account
Any family that has ever attended our Clubs already has an account.
Please try signing in to your existing account before creating a new one to avoid duplicate profiles.
2.Purchase the 2026–2027 Annual Membership- Available Now!
The Annual Membership is required for all youth who participate in our programs.
Financial Assistance applications are included within the Annual Membership process and must be completed each year. Our team will notify you when your financial assistance application has been reviewed and is ready. Please wait for this financial assistance approval notice before proceeding to Program Enrollment.
3.Enroll in Programs- After School 2026/27 Available Now!
After purchasing your Annual Membership, visit the Programs tab to view all available programs for the year.
Financial Assistance will automatically be applied at check out through the end of the annual membership year ( August 31, 2027).
The Programs tab acts as a catalog—sign up for one program or as many as your Club Member plans to attend.
A Typical Day
7:30 AM kids arrive and head to their homerooms
8:00 AM Kids pick between indoor games, playground, or gym time with games like capture the flag or kickball
9:00 AM Members have a nutritious breakfast like cereal, a breakfast bar, or bagels on the lawn
9:30 AM Everyone heads back to their homerooms for themed activities like World Cup Week where members will pick a country and create flags
10:00 AM Power Hour! Members receive academic help or tutoring
11:00 AM Kids head to our third floor to participate in STEM experiments and education
12:00 PM Lunchtime on the Lawn
12:30 PM Kids head back to their homerooms for a reset then to a quick assembly in the gym
1:00 PM Art Takeover! Kids choose an art project of their choice happening all around the Club
2:00 PM Gym Star Heroes & Recess Remix where members play games like capture the flag, or kickball
3:00 PM Snack Time! Kids enjoy a snack like goldfish, yogurt, or cheese sticks in their homeroom
3:15 PM Members head out to the playground for games like red light, green light or the big parachute
4:15 PM Kids wind down the day with free time! THey can piock from activities like the rock wall, coloring, reading
