Board Chair
Danielle Rosenfield has served as Board Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon since 2021, bringing two decades of operations and talent leadership from her career at Microsoft and Twilio- where she built and scaled global recruiting operations, architected systems, and led the kind of data-informed, people-centered transformation that turns ambitious goals into sustainable programs. A Linfield University graduate, she has channeled that same operational rigor into community involvement across Central Oregon. Her path to the board is, at heart, a family story: encouraged by her dad, a former board member himself, Danielle joined to invest in the community her own daughters are growing up in, carrying a conviction that every child deserves a safe place to go after school, where they are known by name and feel that they belong. As Board Chair, she is focused on strengthening that mission for the long term: protecting the Club's historic home, expanding its reach, and helping more Central Oregon kids build bright futures.

Vice Chair
Jana joined the Board of Directors in 2017 and has proudly served as Treasurer, Vice Chair, Chair, and Past Chair.
Jana serves as the Controller for Deschutes County, where she oversees financial operations and helps ensure responsible stewardship of public resources. Before joining the County, she spent several years as a CPA and auditor, building a strong foundation in financial accountability and governance.
Growing up in the Houston area, Jana understands firsthand the importance of having safe places for kids to go after school and caring adults who believe in their potential. That experience fuels her passion for the Boys & Girls Club’s mission. She believes every child deserves a supportive environment where they can build confidence, discover their strengths, and find positive role models—especially when those supports may not be available elsewhere.
Jana earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she also played collegiate softball. In 2016, she and her family relocated to Bend to be closer to the mountains and the outdoor lifestyle.
Austin Miller is a Wealth Advisor at OneDigital and a lifelong Bend native who has built his career around being genuinely present for people during the moments that matter most. His connection to the Boys & Girls Club runs deep, his wife attended the Club as a child in Madras and later worked at the Corvallis chapter during college, and giving back to this organization is something they are proud to do together. Years of coaching youth lacrosse in Bend opened Austin's eyes to the transformative power of consistent support in a young person's life, and sharpened his belief that access to safe environments and caring role models can change everything. He is honored to stand behind the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon and help extend its reach in a community he calls home.
TJ Murphy is the owner of Hite Digital, a Bend-based marketing agency that serves as an outsourced marketing department for businesses across Central Oregon. A graduate of the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business — where he concentrated in Entrepreneurship and minored in Writing, Public Speaking, and Critical Reasoning — TJ has spent his career helping business owners cut through the noise, clarify their message, and build something that lasts.
He joined the Boys & Girls Club of Central Oregon board because he believes the work starts long before someone walks into their first job or opens their first business. The habits, confidence, and sense of belonging that young people develop at the Boys and Girls Club shape everything that comes after. TJ is committed to making sure more kids in Central Oregon have access to the mentorship, stability, and opportunity they deserve.
When he's not working with clients or giving back to the community, TJ can usually be found on the trails and mountains of Bend with his wife and friends.

He has also been on the Finance Committee since 2024 and enjoyed participating at that level. He has held leadership roles in Finance and Accounting for over 15 years.
