We open on the very first day of school—Wednesday, September 9th! Our program runs continuously every school day through the very last day of the school year, ensuring your family has reliable coverage from day one.

Our Club operates every school day:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:15 to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 1 to 6:30 p.m. -
Membership Fees
$25 One Time Registration Fee (Club membership fee covers Afterschool Programs, Non-School Days, Saturday Camps, and our Summer Camps & Programs)
One-Time Club Kids Shirt Fee
$5 for Club Kids T-shirt
Monthly Tuition
$350/Month for Full-Time (M-F) Kids Afterschool Care in La Pine everyday until 6:30pm.
$175/Month for Part-Time (M,W or T,TH,F) Kids Afterschool Care in La Pine part-time days until 6:30pm.
Financial Assistance & Scholarships
Every child belongs here, and cost should never be a barrier.
If your family would benefit from a reduced rate or scholarship, simply check the assistance box on your application. We’ll ask for a quick proof-of-income document to help us pair your family with the right support tier—all information remains strictly confidential.

1.Create or Sign In to your MyClubHub Family Portal Guardian Account
Any family that has ever attended our Clubs already has an account.
Please try signing in to your existing account before creating a new one to avoid duplicate profiles.
2.Purchase the 2026–2027 Annual Membership- Available Now!
The Annual Membership is required for all youth who participate in our programs.
Financial Assistance applications are included within the Annual Membership process and must be completed each year. Our team will notify you when your financial assistance application has been reviewed and is ready. Please wait for this financial assistance approval notice before proceeding to Program Enrollment.
3.Enroll in Programs- After School 2026/27 Available Now!
After purchasing your Annual Membership, visit the Programs tab to view all available programs for the year.
Financial Assistance will automatically be applied at check out through the end of the annual membership year ( August 31, 2027).
The Programs tab acts as a catalog—sign up for one program or as many as your Club Member plans to attend.
