The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon is proud to provide a welcoming, high-quality afterschool and weekend home for youth right here in La Pine, featuring safe, supervised daily transitions from local schools to the club via walking groups and our dedicated van.

Whether you work late shifts, need coverage on school closure days, or want a safe, structured environment where your child can get help with homework and build lasting friendships—our doors are open to every family.

La Pine Afterschool Program FAQ’s

  • We open on the very first day of school—Wednesday, September 9th! Our program runs continuously every school day through the very last day of the school year, ensuring your family has reliable coverage from day one.

  • At our La Pine Boys & Girls Clubs your child gets top-tier enrichment and mentorship, a safe place with supervision and engagement, and you get complete peace of mind.

    Academic Boost & Fun

    Daily homework help, tutoring, hands-on STEM, creative arts, and sports—all included.

    Trained, Caring Mentors

    Every team member is background-checked and specially trained to build positive, encouraging relationships with every child.

    Expert Social & Emotional Wellness

    Guided by our Director of Support Services, Devan Richards-Seefeld (MSW), our staff creates an uplifting environment where kids build confidence, learn self-regulation, and feel genuine belonging every day.

  • Our Club operates every school day:
    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:15 to 6:30 p.m.


    Wednesday: 12:45 to 6:30 p.m.

  • Seamless School to Club Transition

    You never have to worry about how your child gets from the classroom to the Club. Our experienced youth development staff handles the entire handoff:

    • For La Pine Elementary: Our staff is on-site at pickup time to personally meet your child’s teacher and walk the kids safely over to the Club.

    • For Rosland Elementary: Our team greets the teacher at dismissal and safely transports children to the Club via our dedicated Sprinter van.

    From the final bell to 6:30 p.m., your child is continuously supervised, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

  • Membership Fees

    $25 One Time Registration Fee (Club membership fee covers Afterschool Programs, Non-School Days, Saturday Camps, and our Summer Camps & Programs)

    One-Time Club Kids Shirt Fee

    $5 for Club Kids T-shirt

    Monthly Tuition

    • $75/Week for Full-Time (M-F) Kids Afterschool Care in La Pine everyday until 6:30pm.

    • Financial Assistance & Scholarships

    Every child belongs here, and cost should never be a barrier.

    If your family would benefit from a reduced rate or scholarship, simply check the assistance box on your application. We’ll ask for a quick proof-of-income document to help us pair your family with the right support tier—all information remains strictly confidential.

  • 1.Create or Sign In to your MyClubHub Family Portal Guardian Account

    • Any family that has ever attended our Clubs already has an account.

    • Please try signing in to your existing account before creating a new one to avoid duplicate profiles.

    2.Purchase the 2026–2027 Annual Membership- Available Now!

    • The Annual Membership is required for all youth who participate in our programs.

    • Financial Assistance applications are included within the Annual Membership process and must be completed each year. Our team will notify you when your financial assistance application has been reviewed and is ready. Please wait for this financial assistance approval notice before proceeding to Program Enrollment.

    3.Enroll in Programs- After School 2026/27 Available Now!

    • After purchasing your Annual Membership, visit the Programs tab to view all available programs for the year.

    • Financial Assistance will automatically be applied at check out through the end of the annual membership year ( August 31, 2027).

    • The Programs tab acts as a catalog—sign up for one program or as many as your Club Member plans to attend.
