    Title: Development Associate


    Department: Resource Development


    Reports To: Chief Development Officer


    Location: Downtown Bend Clubhouse, onsite


    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed


    Salary Range: $45,000-55,000 DOE plus full benefits package

    THE ROLE

    The Development Associate is a generalist position that supports the day-to-day execution of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon's fundraising, communications, and development work. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role serves as a key resource for development communications and collateral while also supporting development operations, individual giving, donor stewardship, events, and partnerships. Priorities will shift throughout the year based on fundraising campaigns, events, donor needs, and department priorities.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, comfortable working across multiple projects, and confident using technology, design tools, and data to keep development work moving forward.
