The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon (BGCCO) – Bend Branch facility is available for rental for private and group events. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon – Bend Branch is an 18,000 square foot facility with a 1500 square foot games room, a 1200 square foot meeting area including access to internet, big screen television and projector, full service kitchen as well as industrial sized cooler available for food and drink storage, 4500 square foot gym with a capacity of 470 including stage area, grand piano and 35 foot rock climbing wall and a third level balcony including games tables, internet access and balcony access to gym. We have tables and chairs available for rent on site. A liability insurance policy for one million dollars naming Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon additional insured and payee is required for all facility rentals. Event questionnaire must be submitted to the Program Director in order to reserve a date for your event. Events will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
